I'm living out in the woods at a YMCA camp at the moment. Facilitating groups through games involving team dynamics and trust. I am currently runnning low and high ropes courses for everyone from elementary age to corporate moneybanks. I love to run low initiatives the most though, but everyone wants to just jump on to hugh events. Them poles and circuits and zip-lines.
More importantly, I am working on primitive skills. recently learned how to cord rope and I now need to forage enough basswood bark to make some of that. Also am learning how to tan hides in a traditional style, no chemicals used.
I also might learn how to turn wood on a lathe, but that can wait. Fall is a good time for this stuff and I plan on taking full advantage.
Things are great out here in the woods, teaching people to work together and realize their own potential and growth.

Life is hard
Fire burns
Love is binding
Life is firm, and will always hold strong
Fire burns, and will always grow
Love is binding, and will always hold you close
